Victoria, the company’s Founder and CEO, has worked both at frontline delivery and management in both the NHS and local authority positions, across Wales and England.Whilst working in Public Health she recognised the importance of digital tools to enable more effective care….hence Signum was launched.

Emma Tyler

Emma is an experienced management accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the Private sector, Public sector and with Startups. Her industry experience includes retail, banking, education, emergency services, local government and health tech.

Emma Lewis

Emma is a recent university graduate with a First Class Honours in Information Communication Technology. She previously worked as a Software Developer in the travel industry but soon found her love for testing. With her attention to detail, communication and organisational skills along with her analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Emma has brought a wide range of skills to the team helping to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Martin Greenhalgh

Experienced Software Developer with 40years experience installing, customising and configuring a bespoke packages. He became IT director in 2000 for Buy as You view, which was sold for £100m in 2004. Active investor and oversees a variety of IT contracts for local businesses.

Michael Hayball

Michael has over 10 years’ experience across many Sectors of IT in both Public and Private sector, with his previous post being at National Wales Informatics Service. Michael has worked in second line and third line support roles as well as Software Engineering and DevOps Engineering roles.

A self-motivated, Microsoft full stack .NET application developer with over 10+ years professional experience. Wide ranging project experience across IT industry. Energetic, leading from the front, working at all levels within an organisation and external teams to ensure success.

Dr Zubair Farooq M.B.B.S

Qualified General Physcian, Dr Farooq has worked across many clinical settings including the Diabetes Management Centre (DMC) Lahore, where he counselled patients around diabetes and complications management. With his interest in process and product management Dr Farooq also spent time at Omar Hospital devising new tools to better monitor patient statistics including checklists & flow tables to show lab reports. Dr Farooq’s further interest in health innovation,technology and marketing has lead him to undertake numerous qualifications; MBA in Marketing, CIM Diploma in Digital Marketing, and Business Analysis; and certificates in; Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis Practice, and Business Process Modelling. His wealth and experience both clinically and professionally makes him a key asset to the Signum Team and a core adviser across all our products.

Allison Collis

A passionate event and project manager with over 20 years demonstrable experience translating organisational objectives and strategic goals into tactical, impactful local and international projects on time in budget. (Enjoys actively building and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders) Allison has worked across many sectors, including Public Health and has a keen interest in Project Management.Allison has accreditations in; APMG AgilePM® DSDM Practitioner, BCS PRINCE2®. and APMG Change Management -Foundation.

Front End Developer

Ellie Ye

Passionate about problem-solving and elegant code. Always embrace the new technologies, believe they are aimed to solve problems. UI / UX is another field I'm interested in, good design is same important as its functionality, and life is too short to use unaesthetic applications!
