The i-Navigator site undergoes a continual cycle of improvement based on user feedback. If there is any comment or aspect of the website you would like changed, please contact us at enquiries@signum-health.com.

At the top right-hand corner of the page there is a link to "Create a new account". Depending on whether you are looking for a provider for yourself, or whether you are a provider who wishes to register with us, please select the appropriate choice - "Personal" or "Business", "Linkworker" and "GP" accounts also available.

If you have received a verification email at the email address you gave upon account creation, you have registered correctly. The next step is for us to independently verify the details you have provided for quality and patient safety purposes.

If you have already registered with us, at the top right-hand corner of the website there is a link marked "Login". Click this to be taken to the login page.

Updating of details occurs after logging in to your account. If you are making fundamental changes to the services you offer, this may require that we carry out further verification before the change is reflected on your profile.

We would encourage your clients to create an account if they have not already done so, which will give them the option to review your business. Reviews are publicly available whenever a search is performed and your business is chosen.

We suggest that you include any upcoming events or courses in the description field of your business. This can be edited after logging in. However, we are considering offering advertising packages on our website. Please contact us at enquiries@signum-health.com for further information.

Any organisational memberships or accreditations can be added to the website as part of the business signup process.

A common reason many users can't log in is mistyping or forgetting their email address or password. We suggest following the "Forgot your password?" link and protocol on the login page with an email address that you think you used. If this fails, email us at enquiries@signum-health.com for further assitance.

If you are a business user, a wizard style form will be presented when you first log in to i-Navigator.

You can change your address from your dashboard after logging in.

After logging in to your profile, check to make sure you have spelt or entered your address correctly. We use a leading mapping technology to locate your business and therefore if you have registered with third parties for mapping, you may need to contact them separately. Your address could be appearing incorrectly in many different systems, particularly those involving satellite navigation and therefore clients may be having difficulty finding your place of business.

Currently we support all available languages on the language drop down. Although multilingual is only for home page at the moment, it will be applied across the whole site in the future!

We are a UK-based service and you do not need to use a dialling prefix such as +44. If you are entering a mobile number, please start with a zero (0).

We support the current versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
